American Airlines expanding presence in Brazil

American Airlines recently announced changes to its coming spring and summer flight schedules, indicating that it will be expanding its presence in Brazil.

The airline said that it will be increasing its flight services between Dallas-Fort Worth and Sao Paulo starting from June, providing an opportunity to its passengers to book air tickets and get the best flight deals for travel to these two destinations.

American Airlines also revealed that the new state-of-the-art Boeing 777-300ER aircraft will begin operating on Dallas-Fort Worth-Sao Paulo route next December, thus making Brazil the first market for the new aircraft.

The airline stated that it will increase the total number of weekly flights between Dallas-Fort Worth and Sao Paulo to 12 times per week from the existing 7 times per week starting from June 14, 2012. Besides, the airline also disclosed that it will also increase flights from Miami to Brasilia and to Belo Horizonte from five and three times per week, respectively, to daily, from June 14 this year.

Apart from increased frequencies to these destinations, American Airlines will also introduce new flights to Manaus from its Miami hub starting from June.
