American Airlines offers faster check-in for business travelers

American Airlines is committed to the service of its passengers. The airline proved it yet again by launching a new check-in system for customers flying on its business class tickets at O'Hare International Airport, Chicago. The new service will also benefit the travelers embarking their journey on the airline’s first class.

The new process debuted at the Terminal 3 of the airport. As per this newly introduced system elite passengers will benefit from the check-ins taking place in a private room which gives them access to the front of the TSA security line.

This new process is called Flagship Check-In and is set to give all the privileged customers a taste of the airlines luxurious service awaiting them on board the aircraft. It has established its brand and image as a carrier that goes out of its way to offer its customers with matchless and unparalleled services.

Evanston based Sandra Cagan and her husband Jeffery heading off to Milan on a 10-day sabbatical were amongst the first set of 100 customers to try the Flagship Check-In. They quickly walked to the podium manned by an American Airlines agent and had their names checked off a list prior to paving through the automatic icy glass doors.
