ANA Introduces New Menu from Shikoku and Chugoku Regions of Japan

All Nippon Airways, the largest airline of Japan is all set to celebrate the culinary diversity of Japan by bringing into limelight its ‘Tastes of Japan by ANA - Explore the regions’ campaign. Essentially, it’s an effort to enable the flyers to taste the different Japanese dishes and uncover the traditional meals across the nation.

The in-flight dining menu introduced by ANA is inspired by the cuisines of Chugoku and Shikoku regions. As per the campaign, the carrier pays attention on making alterations in its dining programme and bring a new menu of various Japanese areas every six months. Previously, Kyushu and Hokkaido were part of the campaign.

The new dining menu is not only limited within the flight, the airline has planned to provide a selection of dishes at its Kansai, Haneda as well as Narita airports lounge. Guests are permitted to order butterbur roll and Kagawa wagyu steak or Kochi alfonsino at the Suite Lounge at Tokyo’s Haneda airport.

By introducing the diverse cuisines of Chugoku and Shikoku for the next six months, we help food lovers to taste the new meals of different regions in Japan.’
