Austrian Airlines flights start taking off from new Austrian Star Alliance Terminal

Austrian Airlines flights have now started taking off from the new Austrian Star Alliance Terminal since June this year.

The newly-opened terminal is spread over an area of 150,000 square meters, and offers great service and comfort to the passengers arriving at, departing from or changing flights in Vienna.
 
Austrian Airlines in a statement said that it has opened six spacious lounges in an area of more than 2,000 square meters for HON Circle Members, Senators and Start Gold card holders as well as for business class passengers.
 
With fast security controls and clearly marked routes to the gates, the passengers are able to save a great deal of time.
Apart from this, the new terminal also has extensive selection of shops, cafés and restaurants for passengers to choose from and spend their time in relaxed and comfortable environment.
 
To celebrate the opening of the new terminal, Austrian Airlines is also offering mileage bargains throughout its entire European route network from July 1 to September 30, 2012.
