Avis enhances its car rental services at 25 airports across the U.S.

Avis Budget Group Inc., a leading car rental company in the U.S., recently announced the launch of its Avis Preferred Select & Go services at 25 airports throughout the U.S. The car hire service being introduced by the company is aimed at enhancing the rental experience for its customers as well as making the travel more affordable and convenient.

Avis Budget is considered one of the world’s best vehicle rental service providers. The company is known for offering cheap car rentals to its customers. The company launched its car rental service in June this year, hoping to cover nearly 50 airport locations around the U.S. and Canada by the end of 2012.

The company will be offering three unique facilities under its Avis Preferred Select & Go services. Avis Preferred members, who are already registered with the company, will be able to keep as well as drive their pre-assigned vehicle directly from the airport. The members are also not required to pay any additional charges whenever they want to exchange their car from a designated area. The members are also allowed to upgrade their vehicle from a designated area by only paying the additional amount.

Avis Budget Group has emerged as the leading vehicle rental company in North America, New Zealand and Australia. The company currently has a strong network of more than 10,000 rental locations and 350,000 vehicles.
