British Midland bmi cut downs domestic flights

Come 30th October,2011;  the airline plans to cut down on its regular flights between London Heathrow, Edinburg and Manchester for the winter schedule. The move has been made in response to the capacity changes. The airline has added more flights to Morocco as well increased frequency between Heathrow to Marrakech and added another flight service to Agadir.

From October 30th, the airline would stick to its core schedule of 6 daily flights to Edinburg from Heathrow for Monday to Friday. Saturday frequency would drop to 4 flights. 5 flights would ply Sundays.

The airline would stick to the core schedule to ensure that connectivity is not affected much and there are no long waits at the airport for further flights.
