Business class fliers eyeing for Thanksgiving Airfare deals

Travel analysts have said that the present year will prove to be one of the most expensive in recent memory for those booking flights for their Thanksgiving holiday. However, the customers are hoping against hope and looking eagerly to grab Thanksgiving flight deals whenever it comes their way. And, most eager of them all are those planning to book business class flights for their upcoming holidays.

A renowned travel expert said that traditionally, it has been seen that one of the biggest Thanksgiving bargains offered by airlines has been to Europe. The contention being that it is the business class fares that really stand out on European routes. The travel expert said that the deals offered during Thanksgiving holiday period are of “especially good value” compared to normal business class fares.
 
According to media reports, for instance Virgin Atlantic Airways is presently offering fares in its Upper Class business cabin for as low as $1,616 from New York for travel over Thanksgiving. Though, the fares are higher from other cities like Boston and Washington, and these come with certain restrictions as well. Even at these prices, the fares are still being considered a great deal for those who are able to afford it. The report said that the business class fares being currently offered for Thanksgiving by Virgin Atlantic Airways are less than half than what is typically charged for transatlantic business class seats during most of the year.  Other carriers like Lufthansa, KLM, Southwest Airlines and United Airlines are also offering great Thanksgiving business class deals.
