Cathay Pacific Airways unveils new amenity kits for premium economy class passengers

Cathay Pacific Airways recently unveiled its new in-flight amenity kits for customers booking premium economy tickets.

The new amenity kits will be featuring exclusive designs created by home-grown Hong Kong brand G.O.D. (Goods of Desire).

The Hong Kong-based carrier in a statement said that the amenity kits are now being provided to passengers traveling on long haul premium economy flights.

According to Cathay Pacific Airways, the amenity bags being made available to the passengers are made from at least 90 percent recycled plastic bottles. The toothbrush in the amenity bags is mainly made from corn starch and cellulose, which is recyclable and biodegradable.

The airline is currently offering amenity kits in two designs onboard the premium economy flights. The first design is called “Joy”, and shows Chinese gods sipping coffee, using computer or reading and enjoying themselves in-flight. This design is being provided to passengers departing from Hong Kong.

The second design is called “Fortune”, featuring a Chinese-style image of auspicious clouds. This design is being made available to passengers on inbound flights.
