Cathy Pacific connects Australia with Hong Kong

Cathy Pacific has added a service between two Australian cities and Hong Kong. The new nonstop service will connect Melbourne and Brisbane with the world business center Hong Kong. The airline has decided to bring about these changes from March 30, 2014.

These changes will be incorporated after 40 years of operating to Australia. The carrier wants to improve its business offerings to travelers from the Australian continent to the bubbling Asian city. So far, the airline did not have a direct connection between Melbourne and Hong Kong. This is good news for all the travelers who wish to fly business class with one of the best airlines in the world to Hong Kong. The airline believes business travelers prefer point-to-point service, a reason for it to launch this new route.

The direct flights between Melbourne and Hong Kong will be operated on thrice-daily basis. With this service, the total number of flights between Australia and Hong Kong will rise to 74 per week. There is a lot of potential for the airline to tap Chinese customers flying from Australia for business purposes.
