China Airlines upgrades Business Class Fights

China Airline recently announced about upgrading its Audio Video on Demand console in all its B747-400 aircrafts. Used in select long haul flights, B747s business class flights offer 160 degree recline seats and 180 degree recline seats in first class.

The national carrier of Taiwan, China Airlines also announced that it would join hands with the SkyTeam airline alliance on September 28, 2011. Doing so, it would become the 15th member to join the confederation that includes KLM, Air France and Delta Airline besides others.

The new commercial agreement would bring a significant lot of benefits for Australian passengers using China Airline when flying to Asia. Under the move, Taipei would become a hub and would ensure better connectivity for travelers coming from down South. Business class flight passengers would also avail of single desk check-in, VIP lounge access and a generous mile reward system.
