China Southern's A380 maiden flight

China Southern maiden A380 flight took off at 10 am on Monday and marked A380 debut in China airspace. The flight operated on A380 by China Southern was China’s first on such plane.  The A380 flight carried in excess of 500 passengers on the maiden flight to Guangzhou and landed safely at Baiyun International Airport at 1:10 pm amidst cheering onboard and off board audience.

One of the highlights of the new flights is their almost noiseless environ. As per Zhong, one can do almost all business affairs in the SuperJumbo cabin, except for getting online.

The large fuselage and heightened comfort level make the new A380 the ideal choice for long haul flights.

The new flights would fly daily on the Beijing-Guangzhou-Beijing route from Oct 17 to 26 and depart Beijing at 10 am (flight number CZ3000) and at 6 pm from Guangzhou (flight CZ3999).

Economy class seats would cost only $266 while the luxury first class and first class seats would cost $746.02 and $612.80.
