Delta Air Lines continue to make big strides at Dayton

Delta Air Lines flights at the Dayton International Airport made significant passenger traffic gains for the month of October this year.

The airline recently reported good sale of air tickets at Dayton on huge passenger demand. Making big traffic gains, the airline disclosed that there has been a nearly 14 percent increase in the number of passengers this November.

The authorities at the Dayton International Airport said that there were more than 115,400 boardings in October this year, about 5 percent growth, as compared to the same month in 2011.

According to the airport officials, the Dayton International Airport reported more than 4 percent increase in passenger traffic for the second consecutive month.

Delta Air Lines continued to maintain a lead over other airlines in the number of passenger boardings. With a 13.9 increase over other carriers, Delta Air Lines posted nearly 32,000 boardings at the Dayton International Airport in October.
