Delta Air Lines increasing Boston Logan flights from March

Passengers taking flights from Boston’s Logan International Airport will now be happier with more cheap flights options coming their way from next year. Delta Air Lines has announced it will be increasing its flights services from Logan International Airport with daily year-round and seasonal service to seven destinations, including three new markets.

Delta Air Lines indicated that it is all set to launch its new daily service to Jacksonville and Richmond. The flights to these two destinations would be launched from March 3, 2014 and March 6, 2014 respectively. The flights would be operated with the help of Delta Connection carrier Endeavor Air. The aircraft will offer 76 seats in two class configuration.
 
The airline will also be launching flights between Las Vegas International Airport and Logan International Airport starting from March 6, 2014. The flights would be operated thrice weekly with the help of a Boeing BA 737-800 aircraft. According to Delta Air Lines, it will be increasing its frequency to Los Angeles with one additional flight. The airline will now be operating two daily flights utilizing a Boeing 737-800 aircraft effective from April 7, 2014. A new Saturday-only summer seasonal service to Nassau as well as the Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands is also going to be launched from March 8, 2014. The airline also indicated that it will also be extending its service to Cancun until August 30, 2014. The flights to Cancun were earlier scheduled to end on April 26, 2014.
