Delta Air Lines resume Port Columbus-Los Angeles service

Delta Air Lines recently resumed its seasonal nonstop flights to Los Angeles from Port Columbus. The airline will initially offer three flights per week, which will later increase to five weekly flights starting June 10, 2012.

The passengers will also get opportunity to book air tickets for a new Saturday flight to Orlando by Delta Air Lines. The new seasonal flight will run through April 7, 2012, a period when many schools schedule a spring break.

Delta Air Lines has also resumed its seasonal Saturday flights to Cancun, to be operated through April 7, 2012.

Another US carrier, American Airlines is also adding to its complement of flights from Port Columbus. The airline will offer six daily flights to New York’s LaGuardia Airport starting from April 3, 2012.

According to the airline, there will be 21 daily nonstop flights to New York’s three airports from Port Columbus once the flight services begin from April 3.

American Airlines has decided to begin flights to New York LaGuardia from New York considering the reduction of service by US Airways.
