Delta tops Business Travel News Survey third time in a row

Delta Air Lines has added yet another feather in its cap. The Georgia based airline has scored the top rank once again in this year’s Business Travel News Annual Airline Survey. This is the airline’s third consecutive victory in a row. It has come out better that its rivals across the industry to clinch the top notch held across ten categories.

The airline offers comfort and a pleasant experience to travelers flying on business class tickets. It outshines its competitors in nine out of ten categories surveyed. Some of these include Value of Relationships with Account Managers and Sales Representatives, Quality of Client Communications and Networks, Airline Partnerships and Frequencies. In the survey’s 16-year history, the airline is one amongst the few to achieve the honor for three consecutive years. The airline’s staff and management are happy and satisfied with the results.

Ed Bastian, the airline’s president said in a statement that this recognition justifies the amount of hard work and dedication put in by its 80,000 employees around the world. He added that the company is determined to bring the best of services to its customers. It will continue its endeavors to improve and improvise to enhance customer experience. It has been investing huge amounts to enhance the customer experience onboard its flights. Installing full flat-bed seats, new Terminal 4 at New York JFK and Maynard H. Jackson Jr. International terminal in Atlanta are some of the measures taken by the airline since 2010.
