EasyJet while strengthening its commitment towards punctual operations; announced one of its kind free cheap business class tickets ‘offer’ in case its flights are delayed.

Free business class flight tickets would be available to passengers traveling on new Flexi Fare where arrivals are delayed by more than 15 minutes. The free flight tickets can be used for any destination served by EasyJet network.

Carreir CEO Carolyn McCall announced this offer for business class passengers at the World Low Cost Airlines Conference in London. The current move is aimed at improving the number of business travelers. As per reports, airline gets as many as 40% business class travelers on Glasgow-London route.

The flexi fare is aimed at business class passengers and offers benefits such as speedy boarding, one piece of hold luggage and unlimited ticket changes. The offer though is not without terms and conditions and exceptions such as delays caused by volcanoes, ATC strikes et al.
