El Al to acquire new Dreamliners with luxurious business class

Israel’s national carrier El Al has embarked on a “New Path" aimed at further expansion and upgrade. The  airline has revealed the news that it is soon going to acquire its new Boeing Dreamliner aircraft. The airline will be receiving its first Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft in August 2017. A total of 16 Dreamliners have been ordered by the airline.

El Al will be deploying the new Dreamliner on European routes by October end this year. The airline is also planning to launch Dreamliners on long-haul routes in the Far East and North America in future. A spokesperson of El Al has disclosed about the prominent highlights of the Dreamliner, while providing details about the airline’s plans.

According to El Al, the Boeing Dreamliner would be prominently featuring new business class seats from Recaro. The convertible business class seats can become a 2-metre-long fully-flat bed whenever the customers want to relax or sleep.

Apart from luxurious business class seats, the Dreamliner also boasts of a new spacious Premium Economy cabin offering 38 inches of legroom. The Dreamliner also features Economy Class cabin configured in 3-3-3 layout. The Economy Class cabin will offer a total of 222 seats with 31 inches of legroom and recline of five inches. However, 15 seats in Economy Class will offer 30 inches of legroom. El Al has also announced it will be gradually replacing its existing Boeing 747-400 and Boeing 767-300 aircrafts with the new Dreamliners up till 2020.
