Emirates Airline launches new Airbus A380 on Dubai-Houston route

Emirates Airline recently launched its new Airbus A380 aircraft to operate flights on Dubai-Houston route. By using the new double-decker aircraft, the number of seats being offered for travel between the two cities has significantly increased.

A spokesperson of the airline said that with the increased number of seats, the customers traveling in first class will be offered the ultimate luxurious flying experience which will be rivaling the swankiest hotels in the world. The first class customers will however be required to spend $18,000 on their tickets.

The airline will not be offering private suites only, but a well-stocked minibar as well. The shower spas will also be there for the premium flyers to get refreshed during the 16-hour-long flight. The onboard lounge, which can be accessed through a spiraling staircase at the top deck, will offer them opportunity to mingle with the customers traveling in business class while relishing delicacies and cocktails. Emirates Airline is the only carrier in the world presently offering the shower in the sky. The first class customers will be allowed to use water for only up to five minutes.

According to the airline, the newly-launched aircraft is configured with a total of 491 seats. The airline will be offering 14 first class private suites on the Houston-Dubai route. The business class cabins will have 76 seats installed. The customers booking business class flights to Houston from Dubai will be offered lie-flat beds for a luxurious travel. The airline further said that the economy class cabin will have a total of 401 seats.

The flights to be operated daily will be departing from Dubai at 9.30 am and reach Houston's Bush Intercontinental Airport at 4.05 pm. The return flight will depart from Houston at 6.25 pm and arrive in Dubai at 7.05 pm the next day.
