Emirates daily A380 flights to Switzerland launched

Emirates Airline recently launched daily flights services to Switzerland. The airline will be operating flights between Zurich and Dubai with the help of Airbus A380 aircraft. This will be the airline’s 25th A380 destination. The airline in a statement said that the new A380 service has been introduced to fulfill the increased demand from Switzerland.

Emirates Airline’s Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations for Europe and Russian Federation, said that ever since the airline launched its flights on Dubai-Zurich route in August 1992 it has been able to carry 3.4 million passengers till date.

The airline will offer 76 seats in its business class cabin on its A380 aircraft. The airline will also be offering 14 seats in the first class as well as 427 economy class seats. Passengers booking cheap business class tickets for travel between Dubai and Zurich will be offered onboard lounge on A380’s upper deck. The customers traveling in first class would be offered onboard shower spas.

Emirates Airline in a statement said that by conducting daily A380 flights on Dubai-Zurich route, the airline will now be able to carry an additional 163 passengers, an increase of 21.8 percent. The new flight will depart from Dubai International Airport at 0825 hrs and arrive in Zurich at 1220 hrs. The return flight will make its departure from Zurich at 1435 hrs and arrive in Dubai at 2340 hrs.
