Emirates introduces more style to its Business Class Flights

Reinforcing its strive towards delivering exceptional onboard experience and service to its patrons, Emirates has announced introduction of few more premium products in its business class cabins and first class cabins.

From now on, passengers flying in Business class and First class can expect a new range of crystal white Royal Doulton fine bone china. The introduction of this product would offer Emirates the ideal subtle backdrop to display its diverse menu. The redefined dining experience also includes a makeover in its cutlery as well; with the same brand taking care of it.

These introductions extend in the form of many other products that have been introduced to take customer service to a new height. First class passengers can now expect charger plates, soup bowls, new salad, teacups, coffee mugs and other services. Besides the introduction, Emirates crew has been intensively trained to familiarize the customers with the new products.

Emirates launched its new service, cutlery, crockery and other products in premium cabins in July and will launch similar products in its Airbus A380 fleet from 1st August, 2011.
