Emirates Launches Fifth Nonstop Daily Bangkok-Dubai Flight

Emirates Airlines introduces fifth daily nonstop service between Dubai and Bangkok. This news comes within few weeks gap where the airlines had launched its Dubai-Phuket daily service. This addition directly indicates emirates committal towards consolidating its south East Asia network.

From March 31, 2013, Emirates will operate 35 nonstop weekly international flights between Dubai and Bangkok. Salem Obaidalla, Emirates Senior vice president, commercial operations, Far East and Australasia said that the airline has been flying to Bangkok from 1990. And by adding this additional flight along with the Phuket connection in December 2012, Emirates has just indicated how important Thailand is for them.

He further said that with this addition both travelers and cargo customers will get an additional choice to choose from. Indication towards the growing significance of Emirates operations in the region he also mentioned that Emirates connects South East Asia to more than 120 cities across the world.

EK376 flight run by three-class Airbus 330-200L will depart Dubai at 03:40 and arrive in Bangkok at 13:00. EK377 will fly on the return journey, which will depart from Bangkok at 15:25 and arrive in Dubai at 18:30.
