Etihad Airways introduces new amenities in long-haul business class

UAE’s national carrier Etihad Airways has revamped its offerings with the launch of new in-flight service products in business class. The airline’s move is aimed at excellent facilities and better flying experience to its customers.

The business class cabins have been elegantly done taking into consideration optimum comfort for its customers. The new interiors include a lush throw and cushion with both of its colors complementing the palette. To enhance the customer experience, the customers are offered a ‘Sweet Dreams’ card during sleepy-time in turndown. The customers are also provided pulse point oil, pillow mist and all-natural bed linen.

The customers booking business class tickets for travel on ultra-long haul flights to various destinations worldwide can now look forward to turn-down service which includes slippers, cotton loungewear, new mattresses, full sized pillows and a plush comforter.

The customers traveling on long-haul routes are also being offered ‘Dine Anytime’ option, which will enable them to order for their favorite dishes from ‘All Day’ menu. The meals will be served in new sparkling dining ware, which includes a hammered metal side dish, artsy pepper and salt shakers, and a stylish bread basket. The glassware, cutlery, china and trays are inspired by the airline’s new corporate branding ‘Facets of Abu Dhabi’.

The airline’s ‘All Day’ menu card has also been given a makeover as well. The new menu will now include a wide selection of canapés, Café Gourmand’ tea and coffee course served along with pastries, cakes and cookies, and a pre-dessert course.
