Etihad Airways launches Essential Stopovers program offering free accommodation

Travelers booking Eithad Airways air tickets will be offered one night free accommodation. The airline recently launched an ‘Essential Stopovers’ program under which the passengers taking Etihad Airways flights and making a stopover in Abu Dhabi for a minimum of two nights before December 1, 2012 will be offered one night free accommodation.

This offer is part of Etihad Airways Essential Abu Dhabi program and can be redeemed at 25 three-star and five-star hotels.

The airline in a statement said that those passengers who want to purchase additional night in four and five-star accommodation can buy it for as low as $59 per person, based on twin share, and $45 for three-star accommodation.

According to the airline, the stopover program offer will be available for all Etihad Airways passengers as well as to the passengers traveling on Etihad Airways-marketed flights. However, all the passengers will be required to have an onward booking beyond Abu Dhabi.
