Etihad Airways to offer business class flat beds on DFW flights

Travelers from North Texas planning to visit Middle East needn’t wait much longer. Etihad Airways, the national airline of United Arab Emirates (UAE), is here to make you happy. The airline will be launching nonstop flights between Abu Dhabi International Airport and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) by the end of next year.

Etihad Airways in a statement said that it will start operating three nonstop flights every week from its main hub at Abu Dhabi International Airport to Dallas/Fort Worth from December 3, 2014. Etihad Airways will become the third Middle East carrier to begin flights to Dallas/Fort Worth. Emirates Airline and Qatar Airways are the other two leading carriers from Middle East to announce Dallas/Fort Worth flights. Emirates Airline started flying from Dubai to DFW in February 2012. Qatar Airways has indicated it is planning to begin service on Doha-Dallas/Fort Worth route in June next year.

Etihad Airways said that it will deploy a Boeing 777-200LR aircraft to operate service on Abu Dhabi-Dallas/Fort Worth route. The passengers booking business class flights for travel between the two destinations would feel privileged. The airline which is acknowledged world over for offering top notch service to its premium customers said that it will be offering 40 flat bed seats in its business class cabin. With the flat bed seats the customers are promised a luxurious travel. The customers can also look forward to a royal treatment with a complimentary limousine pick-and-drop service that comes along with their business class tickets. Etihad Airways also said that it will be offering eight First Class Suites on this route. Alongside, the aircraft will also accommodate 189 Economy Class passengers. Among several other privileges, the first class customers would also be offered free limousine and a chef on board service. For those traveling with kids in Economy Class, the airline will be offering a nanny for such passengers.
