Etihad plans more business class flights to Delhi

Etihad, one of the primary Gulf airlines announced its plans to add more flights to Delhi. The airline is in the mood to more-than-triple seats between its hub in Abu Dhabi and Delhi, the capital city of India. Beginning November the airline is set to offer a chance to more passengers to fly with it between the two cities.

The carrier, which is renowned for its business class services, is awaiting the approval of Indian regulatory authorities whose green signal is necessary before it implements its plans in the Indian city. it plans to boost its frequency on the route and add wide-bodied jets to accommodate its plans.

If all goes well for the airline, it will operate double-daily service between the city pair from November 1, 2013. It might also deploy Airbus A330-200 wide body plane on the route. This plane will comprise seating capacity for business as well as economy class passengers.
