EVA Air adds business class flights on North American Routes

EVA Air recently announced adding new business class flights to few of the popular North American destinations. The airline recently took the delivery of three new Boeing 777-300ERs and plans to deploy the same.

EVA Air flight service to New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Vancouver and Toronto from Taipei, Taiwan will now get boosted. With the introduction of these new aircrafts, the airline will be able to hike its North American schedule to 55 flights per week from its present 45.

EVA Air became of part of Star Alliance in June 2013 and since then it has experienced tremendous growth among business class travelers. A substantial amount of travelers have been flying via its hub Taipei from North American cities to fly to Southeast Asia.

Committed to offer quality service and comfort the airline has configured its Boeing 777-300ERs with three cabin-classes. Not only this, it has even redone its entire interiors and now offer 1-2-1 seat configuration in Royal Laurel its business class section, 2-4-2 in Elite class and 3-3-3 in Economy class.

It has introduced state-of the art inflight entertainment systems of IFEs, SMS service enabling passengers to send short messages from their own mobile devices on roaming, Wi-Fi service, 16 inches of TV screen with 4-inch LCD panel AV-control handsets enabling passengers to maneuver their seats and play games simultaneously are just some of the many products and services offered to business class passengers.

As far as increase in frequency goes the airline plans to increase Vancouver-Taipei flights to four per week from two, Toronto-Taipei flights to four per week from three, New York-Taipei flights to once daily from five, Los Angeles-Taipei to 21 per week from 17 and San Francisco-Taipei to 14 per week from 12.
