Finnair Introduces Tempting Korean Menu Between Seoul-Helsinki Routes

In order to delight business class passengers, Finnair has introduced fascinating Korean menu on board as part of its signature chef programme on flights flying between Seoul to Helsinki. The sumptuous menu has been prepared by the Seoul’s well-known chef, Sung-Yeol Nam who is fully inspired by the food and ingredients with which he grew up.

Dishes served on board would keep on rotating and the first selection would commence this year from May to July. The menu would comprise an appetizer namely beef rolls made with young greens, sea bass served with Romanesco sauce and grilled spring onion as main course. Surprisingly, the newly introduced menu coincides with Finnair’s 10th year anniversary on routes to Seoul.

Currently, the airline operates the 9.5 hour routes at least once a day between the two capitals. Airbus A350-900 aircraft is used to operate the flights which is generally utilized for flights flying on Asia routes. The flight timings from Seoul is 1020 and it reaches Helsinki at 1355 the same day.

It was in 2013 when Finnair first introduced its Signature Chef programme and since then it has been launching new menus to various services. The most recent one was introduced in the Tokyo-Helsinki flights in the previous year.
