First Heineken Airport Lounge outside US opens at Dubai

Emirates Airline recently announced the opening of the first Heineken Airport Lounge at Dubai International Airport’s Emirates Terminal 3 outside the United States.

The airline in a statement said that the branded lager venue is situated near gate B27 in Concourse B. According to Emirates Airline, a second lager venue is likely to be opened in Q1 2013 in Concourse A.

Customers booking business class flights would be able to buy tap and bottled Heineken at the newly-opened lounge. Apart from this, they would also be able to order non-alcoholic beverages along with international dishes and ‘gourmet snacks’.

The lounge also offers various other facilities to the customers purchasing business class tickets for travel to worldwide destinations. The facilities include free Wi-Fi and power points for recharging their laptops and phones. The customers can also avail free daily newspapers at the lounge.

Emirates Leisure Retail, a Dubai-based subsidiary of the Emirates Airline Group, Heineken and Dubai airports have collaborated with each other to enable the opening of the first Heineken Airport Lounge outside the U.S.
