Frontier begins nonstop Phoenix-Colorado Spring route June 28

Leading ultra-low-cost carrier Frontier Airlines recently announced it will be launching nonstop flights from Colorado Springs to Phoenix effective June 28, 2016. The flights between the two destinations will be operated daily. The airline is also set to launch its new daily nonstop flights from Colorado Springs to Las Vegas beginning April 14 this year.

Providing details about the new flights between Phoenix and Colorado Springs, Frontier Airlines said that the daily nonstop flights will depart from Colorado Springs Airport at 6 am and reaches Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport at 6.45 am. The return flight will depart from Phoenix at 7.05 pm and reaches Colorado Springs at 9.45 pm. The roundtrip service will be operated with the help of an Airbus A319 aircraft configured with a total of 150 seats. The airline will be offering promotional fares for travel on the route through August this year.

Media reports also said that apart from Phoenix-Colorado Springs service, Frontier Airlines will be launching two new routes as well. The airline has indicated that it will begin one daily nonstop flight between Washington Dulles and Denver. The airline will be deploying an Airbus A320 aircraft to operate the flight on the route. The flight will depart from Washington Dulles at 7.15 am and reach Denver at 9.20 am. The return service will be a red-eye. The flight will depart from Denver at 11.30 pm and arrive in Washington Dulles at 5 am. The airline is planning to launch flights to three new destinations from Washington Dulles during the summer schedule.

Frontier Airlines has also indicated that it will one nonstop flight to Las Vegas from Salt Lake City, to be operated with the help of an Airbus A319 aircraft thrice weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. The flight will make its departure from Las Vegas at 4.35 pm and arrive in Salt Lake City at 6.55 pm. The return flight will depart from Salt Lake City at 7.40 pm and reach Las Vegas at 8.05 pm. The airline has stated that it will be adding nonstop flights to four new destinations from Salt Lake City during summer schedule.
