Frontier to debut from Cleveland to six cities beginning June 13

Frontier Airlines has announced its decision to expand service from Cleveland. It intends to launch nonstop flights to six new destinations from this Ohio city. The low-cost airline is all set to connect six new cities from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport in a bid to capture the void created by the big commercial carrier United Airlines.

Beginning June 13, passengers from this city will be available to book cheap airfare to Tampa (TPA), Raleigh Durham (RDU), Fort Myers (RSW), Fort Lauderdale (FLL), Atlanta (ATL), and Phoenix (PHX). The airline is hopeful that its service to these destinations within the United States will benefit the passengers in arriving at their respective destinations hassle free. Daniel Shurz, the airline’s Senior Vice President sees an avenue of growth opportunity from this city. He expressed his feelings while addressing a news conference at the Cleveland airport recently.

It will deploy Airbus A320 planes to serve these six new routes. The flight service from Cleveland to Atlanta, Fort Myers, and Phoenix will commence from June 13, 2014. It will fly to Atlanta every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. The airline will operate service to Fort Myers on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The flights to Phoenix will take off on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

On the other hand, the service to Fort Lauderdale will start from June 14, 2014. It will operate service to the city every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. The flights to Raleigh Durham and Tampa will commence from June 15, 2014. The airline will fly to both these cities on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
