Fully Flat Business Class Seats Launched by Air Berlin

Air Berlin launched fully flat business class seats on its A330 aircraft operating between Abu Dhabi and Dusseldorf. These new seats are exactly the same as Etihad Airways business class seats on this A330 aircraft. It would be noteworthy to mention that Etihad has 29 percent stake in Air Berlin and that both the airlines in 2011 had decided to share their infrastructure.

In all 19 new fully flat seats has been fitted in the aircraft. Direct aisle access, 15 inches IFE screen, USB port, etc are some of the plum features offered in this section.

The airline also informed that it is aiming towards equipping all its long-haul flights with these fully flat business class seats in the coming few years.
