Get "transatlantic experience” with AA new flights to Manchester

If you have booked business class flights to Manchester from New York on American Airlines then you are in for a brand new flying experience. Leading U.S. carrier recently launched its new business class product on the route. This will be effective from March 29, 2015.

Media reports said that the new look business class product being rolled out on the transatlantic route this March end has come after American Airlines started retrofitting its Boeing 767-300 Extended Range aircraft in 2014. The prominent feature of the refurbished business class product will be its 28 fully lie-flat seats with direct aisle access.
 
According to an announcement made on American Airlines’ official website, the new business class seats will be equipped with dual tray tables offering a surface for entertainment and/or work. Each seat will also have USB ports and universal power outlets. Among other facilities offered include state-of-the-art in-flight entertainment system.

David Thomas, American Airlines’ Director of Sales for UK & Ireland, said, “The airline is delighted to launch its new business class product to Manchester. The fully lie-flat seats with all-aisle-access will be quite similar to the airline’s flagship Boeing 777-300ER aircrafts. The new business class product is aimed at offering a more seamless transatlantic travel experience to the customers.”

Thomas also added that American Airlines consider Manchester to be quite important part of its strategy because of the joint business partnership with British Airways. The airline therefore thought that Manchester will be appropriate for its UK launch market for the upgraded aircraft.
