Hotel Indigo to pay tribute to New York’s legacy of clocks

The soon-to-be opened Hotel Indigo in lower Manhattan region of New York is set out to do something different for the city. In fact, this hotel aims at paying tribute to the city’s golden history of clocks and rich art of watch making.

The Hotel Indigo NYC Financial District is set for a 2016 launch but is making waves already. For its pleasant antics, people are appreciating its ideas and waiting eagerly to see what it holds for them. The hotel management too is upbeat about bringing the city people closer to their cherished legacy. As per the official statement by the management, the Indigo hotel will be unique in every aspect. From food to drinks et al in the restaurant, photography, architecture, and more all will focus around its original philosophy.

This hotel will open, as 25-storeyed building and will consist of 190 rooms. It is located on the Maiden lane just a small walk away from the One World Trade Center. To make its claims more authentic, the hotel has chosen Maiden Lane as the location-perfect as it is also the home of William Barthman Jeweler. It is here that there is a clock is entrenched across the store that in turn is situated in the corner of Maiden Lane and Broadway.

The hotel already has four properties in this thriving city of the United States. The fifth of its kind is also a proof that it has earned warm response on its existing properties and is thus keen to expand its wings. At present, other branches are in Brooklyn and the Chelsea district of Manhattan. Hotels at Queens and Lower East Side of Manhattan are under construction.
