Iberia Airlines expands flight services to Equatorial Guinea

Iberia Airlines recently announced that it has expanded operations on its Equatorial Guinea route with the addition of one more weekly flight to Malabo from Madrid.

The airline said that with the recent addition it is now operating 6 return flights to Malabo in Equatorial Guinea every week.

The new flight will be operated on Tuesdays. The addition of the new flight also increases the total number of seats to 220 per week between Madrid and Malabo.

Iberia Airlines has deployed Airbus A319 aircrafts to serve Madrid-Malabo route.

Besides Malabo, the airline also serves 10 destinations in Africa, including Algiers, Cairo, Marrakech, Tangier, Dakar, Oran, Casablanca, Rabat, Lagos and Johannesburg.

Iberia Airlines also said that it will be launching twice-weekly flight to Luanda in Angola from October 28, 2011.
