Virgin Atlantic and British Airways have recently announced some pretty exciting fares and bonuses to keep the passengers interested and at the same time save big. While British Airways announced a fare cut of more than 20% on all flights from London Gatwick and called it more than “just for a short sale period”, Virgin Atlantic introduced premium economy bonus miles offer under which flyers can avail 50% extra miles if they fly in Virgin Atlantic premium economy cabin by or before December 10.

To qualify for Virgin Atlantic extra mile offers, passengers need to register with the airline and book cheap flight tickets before December 10th in W, S, K class. The move follows the recent award won by the airline for its Premium Economy Class.

As for British Airways, the rate cuts are applicable on 12 routes out of its 29 domestic and European ones. Under the new cheap flight air fares, passengers can fly for under $62.68 each way to destinations such as Malaga, Verona, Bologna. Other reductions are applicable on routes to Faro (from $76.79), Salzburg (from $92.46) and Marrakech (from $108.13).
