Japan Airlines to serve Miyazaki beef on International Flights

Japan Airlines recently announced that it will be serving Miyazaki beef, an award-winning delicacy to its first class passengers flying on their international flights. This premium delicacy will be offered to all first class passengers flying to Europe and North American from Tokyo's Narita International Airport.

This praised Miyazaki beef will be served until March 31, 2013 to passengers. Miyazaki beef gets its name from Miyazaki Prefecture. Regarded as the most superior quality of beef in Japan, this beef is also a known premium label abroad. The first class in-flight menu especially chosen by Seiji Yamamoto, a Michelin 3-star chef, will serve this high quality meat with an “alla Rossini” fillet.
