JetBlue Airways to add three new routes from Boston this June

JetBlue Airways has decided to expand its services from Boston by including three additional destinations to its network. The airline in a statement said that it will be launching additional flights on three routes from June 2015. The new routes where the airline will start operating seasonal flights include Port-au-Prince, Martha’s Vineyard and Sacramento.

JetBlue Airways in a statement said that it will launch nonstop flights to Sacramento effective from June 18 and continue through September 7. The flights will be operated four times every week on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The airline will deploy an Airbus A320 aircraft to conduct flights between Boston and Sacramento. The airline is also providing services to Sacramento from New York JFK and Long Beach.

Providing details about the schedule, the airline said that the new Boston route would be a red-eye plying in the eastbound direction. The flight will depart from Sacramento at 9.40 pm and land at Massachusetts at 5.59 am. The westbound flight will make its departure from Boston at 5.20 pm and arrive in California at 8.49 pm.

According to the airline, the daily nonstop flights to Martha’s Vineyard from Boston will start operating from June 17 and continue until September 7. The flights on the route will be operated with the help of Embraer E190 aircraft. The airline is also offering seasonal service between New York JFK and Martha’s Vineyard.

The airline will also start operations between Boston and Port-au-Prince starting from June 17. The nonstop flights on the route will operate through September 5. The airline will deploy an Airbus A320 aircraft to operate twice weekly flights on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The airline is also serving Port-au-Prince from Fort Lauderdale and New York JFK as well.
