Kenya Air choose Boeing for New Aircrafts

In a bid to expand its fleet, the national flag carrier, Kenya Airlines selected Boeing for the supply of its new aircrafts.

Although the airline was considering buying Airbus A330 aircraft, it chose Boeing for the new planes. Despite Boeing’s delay in the delivery of the nine 787 aircrafts Kenya Air preferred the American aircraft manufacturer for more planes.

“National flag carrier (Kenya Airways) has settled on Boeing Corporation as the supplier of its new aircraft. Dr Titus Naikuni and Boeing Africa Sales Director Rob Faye will tomorrow brief the media as they sign the purchase agreement," said the spokesperson, Kenya Airways.
