French all-business class carrier La Compagnie has said that it will be offering ten lucky readers of popular UK-based publication Telegraph a chance to win return business class flights to New York from London. The Telegraph Travel Awards 2015/16 has been announced recently. The luck readers will be able to win the awards only after completing a survey.
La Compagnie, French boutique business class airline, was founded by Frantz Yvelin and Peter Luethi and has since July 2014 operating flights between New York and Paris-Charles de Gaulle. The prime objective of founding the airline is to offer affordable business class travel with high-end personalized service to cost-conscious, savvy travellers.
A spokesperson of La Compagnie said that the winners would be provided opportunity to experience the airline’s award-winning all-business class service between London Luton and Newark Liberty International Airport. La Compagnie offers a total of 74 lie-flat business class seats spread in just 19 rows in its Boeing 757-200 aircraft. The customers are offered great comfort and ultimate privacy in fixed shells. They will also be able to enjoy lounge access, priority security screening and premium check-in.
According to the airline, the lie-flat seats recline to a 180 degree angle and prominently feature built-in massage for added comfort. The seat configuration has been specially designed to offer a personal work environment. Among other things the seats are also equipped with pouch for documents, headphone plug, an electrical outlet, compartments for electronics and personal items, and reading lamp.
Apart from these, the customers are also offered complimentary Caudalie travel care kit, large and soft blankets, and anti-allergenic pillows. La Compagnie is renowned to offer at least 30 to 50 percent less expensive business class tickets on New York and London route than what is being currently offered by other international carriers providing flights services between the two destinations.
