Lufthansa first class passengers to be offered special menu

Leading German carrier Lufthansa recently announced it will be offering its premium passengers with special menus inspired by Miami’s signature restaurant Azul Mandarin Oriental this June.

Customers making first class travel on Lufthansa as well as those booking business class tickets and traveling to Germany from 17 U.S. gateways of the airline will be able to enjoy delicious selections featuring European flavors coupled with Asian and American influences from Azul Mandarin Oriental restaurant. This restaurant is quite popular and is known to be Miami’s top dining destination.

The First Class menu, which is four course, will be featuring a selection of three appetizers and four entrees. The appetizers include Arugula and Panzanella Salad, and Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with Thai Chili Jam. The four entrees include Miso Bass with Shiitake Mushrooms, Braised Lamb Shank with Parpadelle, and Udon Noodles. The primary menu also includes Berry Short Cake and Hazelnut Crunch Bar.
 
Apart from this, the customers traveling in First Class also have the option to select from a light menu featuring cold and hot offerings, which include Roasted Tomato and Sweet Onion Soup with Tahini Chicken Salad or Toasted Almonds and Orange segment, Curley Endive and Poached Salmon.
