Malaysia Airlines announces 50 percent redemption discount

Malaysia Airlines recently announced it will be offering its Enrich frequent flyer program members a 50 percent redemption discount until December this year.

The airline in a statement said that its Enrich members would be able to book cheap tickets and take full advantage of half price flight redemption's until December 31, 2012.

The departure on this offer is available from the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur and is valid for travel starting February 1 through June 30, 2013. The travel period to and from India, however, lasts until April 30, 2013.

According to the airline, cheap flights can be booked both one way and round-trip availing 50 percent redemption discount for travel between Kuala Lumpur and various destinations across the world, including the A380 London Heathrow route.

Malaysia Airlines said that it has separated redemption options to six different international travel zones, including Europe/Americas, South Asia and China/Middle East. A separate Malaysian domestic zone is also being offered among one of the redemption options.
