Malaysia Airlines launches upgraded services for enhanced customer experience

Malaysia Airlines recently introduced its upgraded and exclusive premium check-in facility at Kuala Lumpur International Airport for its First Class and Business Class passengers as well as Enrich Platinum Loyalty and Frequent Flyer members. The new exclusive Frontend Check-in Lounge will provide ease and comfort to the first and business class passengers in completing their departure formalities at the airport. Besides, ‘Meet and Greet’ service being currently enjoyed by the Enrich Platinum members will also be part of the new Frontend Check-in Lounge.

The ‘Chef-on-Call First’ service introduced earlier this year was also officially announced by the Malaysia Airlines. This is a special enhanced dining experience, which is being presently offered to First Class passengers on flights between Kuala Lumpur and the cities of London, Amsterdam and Sydney. This new service, which can be availed 24 hours before travel with just one call or by logging request online through a designated web page, will allow passengers to pre-order their preferred choice of main course from a wider range of menu selections.

The Malaysia Airlines also showcased during the launch a newly designed headphone with technology to generate high performance sound quality, which has been introduced in the First Class and Business Class cabins of the airline’s B747 and B777 flights between Kuala Lumpur and its European destinations, including London.
