This globe-trotting gastronomy can be found in the airline’s business class on international flights as well as on Boeing 787 Dreamliner. The airline’s pre-dinner “Palate pleaser” of smoked chicken with pesto cream cheese and avocado is to be savored followed by main courses parmesan crusted chicken breast stuffed with pesto ricotta slow roasted baby tomato sauce, roasted rustic cut potatoes, snow peas and bay carrots, marinated baked halibut with tomato and herb veloute, and porcini mushroom risotto with grilled baby courgettes, which are just fantastic.

In October and November this year, the passengers would be able to savor the creations of French chef Marc Haeberlin. Experience Lufthansa’s culinary delights either with chicken galantine and celeriac salad or with seared tuna loin à la Nicoise with French dressing. Main course dishes include beef chorizo with port wine jus served with sautéed Mediterranean vegetables, pan-fried sea bass with thyme, buttered potato and seasonal vegetables marinated with soy sauce, and paccheri stuffed with spinach and ricotta served with tomato concasse and green asparagus. In desserts, the travelers are offered St. Regis style opera cake with caramel sauce.
