New in-flight menus in All Nippon Airways business class now

Leading Japanese carrier All Nippon Airways recently announced it has entered into partnership with two luxury hotels in Tokyo and would be providing new in-flight menus to business class travelers.

The airline in a statement said that the two luxury hotels – Mandarin Oriental and St Regis – would be creating in-flight menus for the customers booking business class tickets on All Nippon Airways.

The airline stated that customers traveling on long haul international business class flights to North America and Europe from Japan would be offered newly created in-flight meals when flying between December 2012 and February 2013.

According to All Nippon Airways, a special menu has been created by Chef de cuisine Olivier Rodriguez. The menu includes parmesan scented cereal cake with smoked salmon and braised endive, juniper berry flavoured beef consommé with red wine and Kyoto carrot cream, black pepper savoured blood orange jam, and pomegranate mousse.
