Oman Air Starts Passenger Lounge

Oman Air recently started its luxury passenger lounge at the Suvarnabhumi Airport, Thailand. Built at a cost of 13.5 million baht, this premium lounge is the first outside Muscat, the home base for Oman Air.

This opening is a brand building exercise, done by the airlines in an endeavor to present itself as a premium airlines among first and business class passengers. With this step Oman Air has become the second airlines to have its own lounge at Suvarnabhumi.

Thailand over the years has become a favorite destination among premium passengers for leisure, business, medical and shopping purposes. And hence the airlines planned for such an investment to entice passengers traveling on business class flights.
