L'Arcangelo
L'Arcangelo is situated in Prati. The restaurant inaugurated during the end of 1900s.Its retro wood-paneled décor during yesteryears made Rome’s best and first places to have a great gastronomic experience with the local and fresh trattoria formula with a cordon bleu bend offered here. The restaurant has over the past decades carved a niche for itself and is still favored as one of the best places for a gourmet meal. Don’t forget to order the delectable ‘Rigatoni Alla Carbonara’. This signature classic Roman tratoria dish is greatly relished by the visitors here. It is highly recommended for you as well. Homemade ‘Vov’, a zabaglione liqueur, is served along sweet cookies at the end of the meal. The elegant setting makes it a place ideal for a romantic lunch or dinner.

Settembrini
The location of Settembrini in Prati is smiliar to that of L'Arcangelo. This is one of the best restaurants in the city to bring your friends along with you for a hearty meal, which is undoubtedly good. The wine offered here is excellent. The ambience is laid-back and quite stylish. The cuisines served at the main restaurant here are creative and traditionally Roman, and are prepared under the expert supervision of Chef Luigi Nastri. Popular dishes such as duck with carrots and liquorice, as well as green apple risotto with calamari and goats’ cheese are a must-try. Three tasting menus are offered here. You can also make your choices of premium wines from an impressive list. The Settembrini comprises of the Settembrini Café and a main restaurant, which is open from early morning till midnight. The visitors are required to make reservations at the restaurant.
 
Roscioli
Roscioli is situated at South Centro. It is the ultimate deli restaurant in the city. The food served here is quite excellent. As you enter the restaurant, you will be pleased to see a display case replenished with exquisite international and Italian delicacies. The restaurant’s entrance is in fact dominated with this display case. Just sample the mouth-watering delicacies offered here. These include classic spaghetti all'amatriciana prepared with pecorino romano cheese and artisanal guanciale bacon, or a mozzarella bocconcini with Cantabrian anchovies. The restaurant also offers a superb list of premium wines. Visitors coming to dine at the restaurant can also take the delicacies along with them to their homes.

Il Pagliacco
Il Pagliacco is also located in South Centro in the same way as that of Roscioli. This restaurant is owned by Rome’s most skilled chef Anthony Genovese. The restaurant is serene and welcoming. The peculiarity of Il Pagliacco is that it operates independently and is not attached to any hotel whatsoever. The cuisines served here are impeccable and are greatly influenced by the cuisines of Far East and the Amalfi Coast, both places where Genovese has worked. The signature dish of the restaurant is tortelli filled with broad beans and anchovies.

La Pergola
La Pergola is situated at Monte Mario. It’s the only Michelin 3-star restaurant in Rome. While dining at this fabulous restaurant, you will be mighty pleased to get most spectacular views of the city. Heinz Beck, the talented German chef, is endeared by the visitors for his local gourmets. The exotic preparation combining foie gras, truffle and mushroom is worth relishing. Head sommelier Marco Reitano is the best person here to ably guide you to choose fine wines from the legendary wine list offered here. Apart from the wines, the visitors at La Pergola are also offered a coffee menu, an olive oil menu and a water menu. Those visiting for the first time here should order one of the two tasting menus comprising of seven courses or nine courses.

Glass Hostaria
Glass Hostaria is situated in Trastevere. This Michelin-starred restaurant owned by Cristina Bowerman is a great discovery in a place like Trastevere, where finding good places to eat can sometimes become difficult. The area, where this restaurant is located, is mostly dominated by tourist trattorias. The visitors are treated to gourmet meals with every dish being served here on an individual designer plate. The famous mouth-watering dish comprising the mousse of basil-spiked mozzarella served with a a slice of air-dried onion and a nugget of panzanella romana bread salad is greatly relished by the visitors here.
