Qantas Airways increasing frequencies Los Angeles early 2015

Passengers traveling to Los Angeles from Australia can now look forward to multiple options along with cheap airfares. Qantas Airways recently announced it will be offering varied choices to its customers with increased flight frequencies between Melbourne and Los Angeles from early 2015. The airline is also planning to increase flight services between Sydney and Santiago during the same period as well.

Qantas Airways is now bracing to announce a new flight schedule for travel between Australia and United States offering great choices with morning, midday and evening departures. The airline in a statement said that it will be increasing its frequencies on Melbourne-Los Angeles route starting from January 21, 2015. The airline will be operating 10 flights per week instead of the existing daily service.

The frequencies on Sydney-Santiago route will also be increased to four weekly flights instead of the existing thrice weekly service. The increased flight services between the two destinations will be effective from February 20 next year.

According to the airline, customers from Australia planning to connect to destinations across eastern and central parts of the United States will now have three options available from Sydney. They can either opt for a morning and evening service to Los Angeles or take an afternoon service to Dallas/Fort Worth.

Simon Hickey, Qantas Airways’ International CEO, said that the United States is one of the vital markets for the airline and it is now pleased and excited to offer 45 return services every week to various destinations in North American and South America. He also said that Qantas Airways has now become the only airline to provide convenient connecting services with morning, midday or evening departures between Australia and the United States.
