American Airlines, which is into codeshare agreement with Qantas Airways, is also all set to launch its new flights between Los Angeles and Sydney. The route is being launched for the first time and the flights will begin operations effective from December 19. 2015.

Leading North American carrier Air Canada has also revealed its plans to begin flights services between the Queensland capital Brisbane and Vancouver effective from June 2016. The route will be served with thrice weekly flights services. Air Canada is currently offering daily flights to Sydney from Vancouver.
