Qantas free chauffeur offer for first class flyers from April

Australia’s national flag carrier Qantas Airways recently announced that it will start offering free chauffeur service to its customers booking first class flights for travel between Dubai and London. This offer will also be available for those traveling in business class on this route.

The airline in a statement said that business and first class customers booking flights to other cities would also be able to avail of the free chauffeur service later this year.

Qantas Airways revealed that the free chauffeur service would be offered to its customers on flights between Dubai and London in April this year. However, the service would be extended from July 2013 and would be offered on any flight of more than 12 hours duration. The cities where the service would be offered include Santiago, Johannesburg, New York, Dallas and Los Angeles.

The rollout will coincide with the recently-approved partnership between Qantas Airways and Emirates Airline. A chauffeur drive package is already being offered for first class and business class customers by Emirates Airline.
