Get ready to avail discounts announced recently by Qatar Airways. Now you can travel to some select destinations in the United States, Europe, Australia and Africa. The special fares being offered by Qatar’s national flag carrier are available for travel from the capital city of Doha.
Through the promotional fares the customers booking roundtrip business class tickets or traveling in economy class would be able to save a good amount. The discounted fares can be availed for travel to select destinations, which includes Los Angeles, New York, Melbourne, London, Bangkok, Manila, Addis Ababa, Kochi, Istanbul, Dubai and Bahrain, among others.
A spokesman of Qatar Airways said that the customers would be able to take advantage of promotional fares latest by July 31, 2016. The duration on the offer will be valid for travel starting from July 18 through December 14, 2016. The promotion though is applicable for roundtrip travel in economy class and business class, however, the first class will be applicable to destinations where business class is not offered. One-way fares can also be availed to select destinations.
According to the terms and conditions as applicable on promotional fares, outbound flights would not be available from September 6 to 13 to all select destinations, except Clark and Manila. The same condition is applicable to inbound travel as well as the flights would not be available from August 25 to September 3 and September 14 to 17. Fees and a fare difference will however be applicable when making itinerary changes.
Meanwhile, Qatar Airways was recently bestowed with the “World’s Best Business Class” title during the 2016 World Airline Awards by Skytrax. The airline was announced winner in the “Best Business Class Airline Lounge” category. Apart from this, the airline was also presented “Best Airline Staff in the Middle East” award. The awards were presented during the Farnborough International Air Show held in the UK.
